Vibe Coding for Go-to-Market: An Evidence-Led Founder Framework
Updated: Sep 1
Vibe coding is a useful metaphor for translating customer language, behaviour and feedback into sharper go-to-market decisions. It should not replace research or become an excuse for intuition without evidence.
Start by collecting the words customers use in interviews, sales calls, support requests, reviews and communities. Record the source and date. Group repeated problems, desired outcomes, objections and trigger events into themes, then connect each theme to a buyer and a commercial consequence.
Turn those themes into testable hypotheses. For example, a buyer may not want “AI transformation”; they may want faster proposals, better lead quality or lower operational risk. Test one message, one audience and one action at a time through conversations, landing pages or targeted campaigns.
For Australian and New Zealand markets, use local spelling and terminology where it improves clarity, but do not assume that Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland or Wellington represents every buyer. Validate differences by industry, company size and buying context.
Measure qualified replies, meetings, conversion and customer language—not just clicks. The repeatable process is observe, interpret, test, learn and document.
