Vibe Coding for Entrepreneurs: Turn Brand Intuition into Growth Experiments

Updated: Sep 1

Vibe coding can be treated as a disciplined way to define how your business should feel and sound, then test whether that positioning helps the right customers take action. It is not a substitute for customer research.

Choose three to five brand attributes, such as clear, practical, trustworthy or ambitious. Review your website, proposals, sales messages and customer support against those attributes. Note where the experience is inconsistent.

Translate the attributes into observable behaviour: shorter explanations, clearer proof, fewer technical terms, faster response times or more useful examples. Ask customers how they perceive the brand rather than assuming the answer.

Run small experiments with one audience and one message. Compare qualified enquiries, meeting quality, conversion and retention signals. Do not claim a percentage improvement unless your own measurement supports it.

AI can help analyse feedback and draft variations, but review every output for accuracy, cultural fit, privacy and tone. In Australia and New Zealand, local context matters, but forced localisation can be less credible than clear, useful communication.
